Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is at 2.00pm

Check out is by 9.30am

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Queensleigh Apartments can arrange a late check out which subject to availability.

We charge $10 per hour, so please enquire with reception.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We require a credit card as security on arrival.

Should you not have a credit card we require a $200 cash bond

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

WiFi is available at Queensleigh Broadbeach Apartments at a nominal cost

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

Apartments will receive a complete linen change after 5 days when staying 10 nights or more

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes we provide all linen during your stay

Q: Is the swimming pool heated?

Yes the pool and spa at Queensleigh is heated

Q: Is after hours check in available?

After hours check in service is available.

Please push the Manager button at the intercom and we will assist.

Please advise us if you intend to arrive late.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Secure undercover is available with 1 spot provided per apartment
